Eating Chicken again

PUMPED

So one thing I can stand is re heated meat of any kind. I rather eat grill chicken breast cold but over the years I cant stand any form of chicken breast until now. Sure everybody has done this but its new to me. I started filling the crock pot with trimmed plain chicken breast, adding enough h2o to cover the chicken, no seasoning at all. Cooking on low for 4-5 hours then shredding them apart while still in the crock pot, adding some olive oil and chili paste turn on warm and let it sit for another 2-3 hours before draining the liquid. Weight out 6-8oz servings and add more olive oil to the top.

I use a pressure cooker and in 15 minutes, it's falling apart.

I have heard these new digital pressure cookers are the stuff. Everything comes out tender and juicy.

The only problem with that is: "cooking on low for 4-5 hours and letting it sit for 2-3 more hours". Way too much time spent cooking. I use a George Foreman grill and it works great. Cooks in 10 to 12 minutes.

I love my crock pot. I put the stuff together in the pot the night before... Then put it in the fridge until the next morning. I put it in the cooker gimmick before I leave for work, set the timer, and it cooks all day while I'm working and hitting the gym. By time I get home from the gym, the whole house smells good and dinner is ready. I'm going to give this recipe a try.
