I LOVE THIS STUFF!! Although, I have to say, it does NOT taste like fruit punch. It tastes more like strawberry milk, which is delicious, too.

So I got mine in yesterday, fixed it up and headed to the gym. It was a off day but I had to go. Hit upper body with a couple of sets for everything. When I got home, my wife ask about why my chest seemed so big. The pump is real. Still feeling it today.

I normally put 8-9 full scoops in a gallon of water and kill it in between 2 workouts. How do you guys drink yours?

This product sells itself! I took it post workout and with all the bcaas and unique ingredient. I had no muscle soreness after a brutal leg workout. I took two scoops with water and I was surprised with the mixability. No graininess. Taste was good too


If you knew better, you'd do better! Knowledge is power!
