Are the supplements you take are actually absorbed?🔹
----
❇️If they contain Piperine (Bioperine), the answer is yes! Piperine is an akaloid found in black peppers. Piperine is unique in its effects on nutrient absorption because it may change the metabolism of certain compounds. One of these compounds is curcumin, which is the bioactive compound in turmeric. One study found that combining curcumin with piperine significantly increased its bioavailability!

⬆️Bioperine is beginning to be included in many supplements because it is effective at increasing bioavailability!

You can use it with your orals to increase bioavailabilty. I know it works because when I use with with epi as I normally did all of a sudden I had heart burn when I didn't in the past. Keep dosages the same and pull the bioprene and the heart burn goes away. I hate to do this based on sides, but it definitly works, you can get away with almost cutting your doses in half for the same bang for your buck.
