second cutting phase-no weight loss this time

hi, i am 40 years female 61 weight. I had my second bulking phase-natural. At my first cutting phase I ate 1600kcal 50 fat 150 Carbonhydrats 120+Protein.


so this is my second cuttin phase and I cant lose weight for weeks. I ate the same, do the same, I am always in Deficit but saw that I have eaten 180 g Carbonhydrates instead of 150g. So two weeks long I also correct this. I now also do cardio in the morning without eating something before.


I looked at my log, and saw that I had also this problems in my first cutting. For weaks I had no weight loss. Really cant understand, where is the problem? My deficit is about 300 up to -700 kcal.
any ideas? I train as hard as ever pull push plan+cardio. My bodyfat is 25% there is no reason why my body holds his fat, there is a lot!

Reversing what your body has been doing takes time especially when you have more than ample fat stores. Try reducing your fat intake EOD and add in a fat burner to help speed the process.

thank you, I am using yohimbe hcl. Some told me to reduce carbonhydrats and up the fat. I was on 2300kcal and slowly went to 1600 kcal- this is so much difference.

One told me that I am in a caloric deficit of only 200 kcal. Can this be? on leg days I burn 2500 kcal, on normal days 2200 kcal.
 
have you tried any type of thermogenic as Justice suggested you try? ECA? Clenbuterol, etc...
 
hi!

as I remember I used lipo 6x and amino stim. They were both thermogenic I think. Now I dont use them, can this make the difference? well, it shouldn´t, my deficit should be enough to lose weight.
 
Im not very familiar with that specific product, but sure, it could be the difference your not seeing now as opposed to then. And you females have ti tough man! I remember my wife dieting down for her shows, and you ladies have more fat on you then it looks like, at least you dont realize how far down the striations and cuts are, even though you girls dont look fat at all to the eye, its still alot harder to get down to the muscle.

I hope i didnt offend you , just maing an observation, and you said your 40 years old, so that in and of itself makes it harder for men and women lol , how old were you the first time around for that cutting phase you speak of it in your post?
 
it was 21.08.2015 not long time ago. Its a mystery. I meant B4 Burn and not Amino Stim. I used also Amino Stim, beside Protein shake, casein shake, vitamin, maca and so on.

Some said, 1600 kcal is too much..I know in the past I ate 800 to 1200 kcal and was not losing any weight. As I started to eat 1600 kcal it worked fine!

I could understand, if I eat unhealthy or dont do sports nearly every day to stay at his fat point. But I am working my ass down to get rid of it. Why am I doing all this for nothing..cant accept this!
 
You stated you are 40, correct? I would suggest getting some blood work done. Hormones, thyroid, etc. I worked with a lady who couldn't lose weight despite being in a deficit. It turned out she had an underactive thyroid. Once she got her thyroid in check the weight just came right off. Keep us posted

So my thirst thread wao on january 2017 now it is april 2018. I was 61 kg now Im 57. These are the humble results for 1 year and 4 months.

Blood is ok. I do eat less under maintenance 1400 kcal. Something must be very wrong.any ideas?
