how to increase appetite?

Do you guys have any tips for increasing your appetite? I've always found things that decrease my appetite but never found anything that works to increase it. Besides smoking pot. Which I can't be doing everyday lol. So what has worked for you guys?
As far as gear goes I've never really found anything that stands out to increase my appetite including EQ. I avoid orals or leave them at low dose because they will kill my appetite too. I have a fast metabolism but gain fat easily so I always eat pretty clean.
What about digestive enzymes has that worked for anyone? I know increasing appetite is not what they are designed to do. But I've never tried anything like that before.
 
I would love to hear feedback on this as well. Eating has always been a part of my training that is hard for me. The rest is easy.
 
Im at about 3200 calories right now and I'm barely maintaining my weight. Im only 180lbs 8% bf and 6 foot.
About 250 pr, 250 carb, 130 fat. Put lots of oil in my shakes and stuff to get all that fat in.
I really would like to up my carb intake but that is the hardest for me to consume unless it's all junk sugar. If I have to I'll load up on more clean oil fats but I kind of would prefer to increase carbs.

When it is the purpose of increasing appetite then I should suggest you including:
1. Don't miss your breakfast, I mean always eat breakfast.
2. Frequently eat but take small at a time.
3. You should eat healthy snacks.
4. avoid taking off-putting odors.
5. Use herbs and spices in cooking.
6. If you really want increase your appetite you should take less fiber.

GHRP-6 will increase your appetite.
You can also try doing some cardio everyday. This usually helps me a lot.

Try fasting for 24-48h. Then starting out with eating 6-8 small meals each day. Slowly adding more food to each meal.
