OK another service my gym is offering is meal planning so on the advice of another trainer I signed up for Evolution Nutrition, it seems like a great program with huge database of foods and lists macro's etc and can be customized for any client
The trouble is I'm a baby boomer and really need phone support and EN only has chat online support that sometimes takes few hrs to resolve any issues, and I;m getting impatient and frustrated w it! Anyone here familiar with this company? The price is right but service isnt
Or is there another one recommended? Where you can plan peoples meals, make additions and alterations etc, one where I can pick up a phone and call someone for support? thanks
