��Research shows supplemental beetroot powder can increase total training volume by decreasing fatigue. It can also increase nitric oxide in the blood, which we know has an impact on muscular performance and overall exercise performance.

��We know training volume is a huge driver of muscle gains, therefore using a supplement that helps increase volume is beneficial for gaining size. Beets, specifically beet juice, contains natural nitrates which are broken down into nitrites. These are then further broken down into nitric oxide.

��An efficacious dose would require around 16oz of liquid beet juice. Therefore, I recommend using supplemental beetroot juice powder (400-600mg) to get the proper dose.
