Need help with bulking

Well I’ve been trying a slow bulk and I’ve gone backwards. I’ve been trying to eat very clean. Steamed vegetables and spinach. 1-2lbs of meat a day I cook 1 cup of each white rice, Farro and quinoa and mix with meat and veggies. 2 scoops protein with water I can’t do it with milk. I snack on yogurt. I do manual labor 60-70 hrs a week I’m having trouble eating enough calories without being to stuffed. I get two 15min breaks and 1 half hr lunch. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

IMO you are eating way to clean. Add in some good old Peanut butter sandwich's and things like that. You have to eat to grow.

Go to Costco and pick up some premier protein drinks. I have them throughout the day to supplement food at work when I can not eat. 30g of protein in each one!

Eat junk food. Eat more calories. If you are not gaining fat and muscle you are not "bulking". Eat 6,000 calories a day or more. With manual labor as much as you say you are doing the more calories the better. Almonds are very calorie dense. Steamed veggies are not lol Wasting your time with all the steamed veggies. Put some vegetables on a bad ass 2,000 calorie sandwich. Take two of those a day at work and eat them. Then eat two 1,000 calorie dinners. That pus breakfast should put you over the top.

The whole point of bulking to me is to eat more food! lol

Well that is the thing. Those are opposing goals in a sense. You need to eat calorie dense food, fat is unavoidable. You can opt for good fats though...like almonds.

Ya did some shopping today got chicken white rice quinoa Farro flax seeds sweet potatoes spinach carrots yogurt cottage cheese etc

My main bulk will be around October it’s hard to eat in the heat so I’m trying to prepare

Check out Stan Efferdings vertical diet!
Add some healthy fats/oils to each meal.
10min walks after meals helps increase appetite.
SALT! Use a lot of salt! This helps increase appetite.
When I used to do a lot of manual labor I always brought shakes with me. Oats, protein, milk, olive oil.
Eat chips after last meal or the meal before last meal. Do this if you don't get fat easily.
