Asking for a friend... for real.

A friend of mine has a decent amount of muscle mass, and she's pretty strong. She wants to do an 8 week shred, and her diet is on point... One of the best meal preppers I know. She wants help her with her gear selection. In the past she's used winny, var, and IGF... So she's not a complete novice. What would you guys suggest for a female who wants to get beach ready in 8 weeks, and is looking on stepping onto a stage at the end of the year. She's 5'4" 160lbs currently, and like i said, a decent amount of muscle mass.
If she was a guy, I'd feel more comfortable giving her my personal recommendation, but being she doesn't want to grow a dick, I'm reaching out to my family here for advice. Thanks!
