Fat lose for wife

Anyone have some good ideas to help my wife with her goal to lose baby weight. Before our first child she had a hard flat stomach so it's not a genetic thing. Having kids is hell on a woman's body and I want to help her get to her goal.
Here is the kicker, she can not have any type of stimulant. So caffeine or any of that stuff is off the table.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

So no T3 or T4 either?

Then a standard fasted cardio in the A.M. and well balanced diet is the only way.

There are HCG diets but I’m not a fan of them and most would say var and T3 would help too but with no stimulants I’m not sure other than the normal diet and exercise

I have read about hcg and even though I am not a believer in the diet, I do think that it could be beneficial in increase fat loss. If I find more research I will post it.

Also, I do believe that some of the topical fat burners help to promote heat and circulation that could also help burn fat.

Topical fat burners? I’m clueless to this, very interesting

What is she doing in the gym for it in terms of type of training? And diet is the only thing with training that i know of. My wife had 16 pounds of twins in her just 5 years ago, so i know how depressing it can be for them as well as hard to work off. Hope she finds the right mix of things to get back to where she wants to be.

She is doing cadio classes 5 times a week and going with me at night and doing light weight training. The diet is what she needs to work on. Does not eat sugar but has some work to do in the carb department.

Starting with proportion control is what help my wife. Then moving to adjusting the ratio of calories kept it simple and easy to adapt to.

I'm reading more and more that weight training is a must for the ladies who want to lose weight. Cardio and diet are important, but definitely don't neglect the weights.

Have you read the thread on testosterone replacement for women I posted? Very interesting.

You're a lucky man brother. Regarding her weight, I would keep encouraging her. Don't pressure her. Now if you're the one wanting her to lose weight this is probably going to backfire. I'm sure everything will workout for both of you. Good luck brother..

Sounds like the article got her mind to thinking on it. Either way it’s a good start in the right direction.
