I experienced an interesting read today a book that i bought with a little of my wife's cohersion. it was great though it has foods and excercises according to blood type. I actually tried it for the day and my excercise and that shit worked well. im still relaxed and i have energy and im not worn out and i trained hard, harder than i usually do, just by following the recommended foods and such it guidlines.

just wondered if anybody believes in this or not, i might stick to it but some foods i need for muscle growth it says will only help me gain fat instead.
oh well..lol

anyways let me know opinions and i will post the title and author of the book so u can at least browse it a bit.

Yes, it's true, my dad has experienced that before, he had his blood checked and i believe he was something positive and there were certain food he couldn't eat even though he didn't have any alergic reaction to it.....but he stopped eating the food were prohibited according to his blood type and he said he was feeling alot better.... with mood, energy and other things.......

I think I've seen the book your refering too. I didn't like what it had to say. It told me that I shouldn't eat chicken and eggs and other shit that I eat on a daily basis. It said eat lamb and some other exotic meat in its place. I can't afford that shit so I guess I'm gonna keep on intoxicating my body with so called toxic food. It didn't make alot of sense to me, but I didn't have an open mind when I was reading it, so its probably my fault. I may take another look at it on my next trip to Barnes and Nobles.

Well, if you would teach me instead of just trying to fondle me all the time.............

I'm interested now..........I'm actually gonna go search for the book again, I'll probably never find it...whats the title and author again?

I've heard about the book but never took the time to sit down and read it. When u find it Cannons lemme know.

here is what i have been reading.
the title is :
4 blood types,4 diets Eat right for your blood type
the individualized die solution to staying healthy, living longer and acheiving your ideal weight.
by DR.peter j.d adamo w/catherine whitney.

I cant beleieve that im supposed to be a vegetarian almost, wth? im a type A
it says that but i hate vegetables..lol

That title sounds like a insurance slogan, "ideal wieght". There is no ideal set weight for everyone. We're all different.

the funny part is i read the whole book and nothing mentions any weight numbers, i believe that there are to many variables for them to make it stick to numbers.
