My ab challenge!!

Day 3 (planks)

Set 1 - 1 min, 3 seconds (whoo hoo!)
Set 2 - 45 seconds (blah)
Set 3 - 46 seconds

I really tried to focus on my breathing like suggested so that's probably why I made it past the minute mark... barely, lol! I was dying for the following two sets though. Like Day 2, I just finished weights (trained shoulders) and cardio so I was pretty exhausted to begin with, but I'm moving in the right direction! On a side note, my shoulders are super pumped right now (yes, MC's IGF:)) The Dude even commented on how very "cock diesel" I'm looking tonight, lol

Oh and Dean D. said he'd do a 5 min. plank if I did one for 3 min. I took him up on the offer so I officially have a goal now!
 
It has been brought to my attention that my opponent, Dean D. is on performance enhancing drugs. Therefore, he has been disqualified from my ab challenge and by default that makes me the winner!

You are both on PEDs, so I win. I managed two sets of 45 and 30 seconds last night. Then I tried to swim a few laps, which was a total disaster.
 
Pics are simple. Make a photobucket account. Upload pictures to photobucket account. After it's uploaded you'll be given 4 separate links on the right. Copy the one with the IMG at the beginning of it and paste it directly into the reply section here. That's all it takes.
