What are our measurements???

I hear lots of opinions and goals in fitness and working out for muscle. I have found what works best for me and my life can bend to allow me to realistically incorporate.
I can 't afford all supplements I would like to use. I often choose gear that I can afford as well biggest bang for buck. I also only can put in 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours a day for workout. Usually 5 days a week.

This brings me to my question, what are out stats and measurements? Instead of tracking certain things I track these measures.
My current height is 5'9-1/2"
my weight is 189
my chest under arms around is 47"
My waist measurement is 33" not pants size paint size 31 or 32.
My neck is 18"
Shoulders across 27"
Leg at biggest part 25" legs lagging
Arms 17"
My body fat I guess is 11%-12% right now.
I know I am not the biggest but my goals are to get to 205 and be at 10% or less. I am back on trt dose 100 mg per week. I wanna blast in February 15 thru May 15 or about 14 weeks. Have trt blood in Jan and again in July.
I workout for physique and appearance that I am happy with and have kept realistic for my budget and life along with genetics. I am 40 years old.
I use protein 1-1.5 grams per pound.
I use creatine HCL and or mono
I use agmatine sulfate
I use l-arginine 5000-8000 a day less if combination with Citrullin
I also like yohimbine and caffeine
Those are my main supplements I use.
I was wondering your guys measurements and height and proportions and honest opinion of happiness with those proportions.

I am 5'10.5

181 lbs avg when cruising. (Original wt on avg was 168)

Neck: 16.5 inches
calve: 15
Thigh: 24.5
Forearm: 12
Shoulder width: 32
Chest: 42
Waist:34
Upper arm : 14.25

My lever lengths are proportioned , with my arms probably being my longest levers, but close to my legs. My best lift is deadlift. My poorest lift is flat bench. I would say guys in our range of ht and weight are considered slightly above avg for non sedentary and would be considered an "athletic build ", respectively. I have noticed that I have been in between the smaller athletes and the biggest guys most of my life ( I ran 400m in track). Football it was the same as well as basketball. I think that is an advantage since is makes you versatile for athletic activities. That is just my 2 cents though.

The most I have weighed was before deployment Where I was 205, and honestly I didn't like it, I had to sacrifice too much just to keep the extra weight. Although I did notice people treated me differently and also made comments like "You look like you lift". No one ever says that to me now. Sad thing is my numbers really didn't go up with the extra weight and I am honestly stronger much lighter and leaner.

I do have some further insights as far as genetics go due to athletic genetic testing, but that is a whole new topic...

Also forgot to add that I fluctuate between 11-13% BF with 15 % being the highest I think I have been. I am 32 with decent eating habits, although I do usually eat whatever I want. I have found that I have had my best results when I record my nutrients with an app.

Fastest 1600m run , 5:26 @ 19 yrs old. Fastest 3200m 13:19 @ 22. I ran a 14 flat at age 26 . I have ran one marathon and it was a grueling 5 hours and I hated it ,lmao.

I can usually crank out a 7:30 mile with zero training.

Most pushups in 2 min was 87 . I can usually drop and do about 40 in 30 sec with no training.

I did all this in standardized tests while serving in the army.

Right now I can do 10-12 reps of dead hang, elbows locked , then chin above bar pull-ups. Maybe 16-20 with no lockout and keeping tension ( I never swing or kip intentionally.)

My current best lifts are as follows:
@ 168 lbs ( cut down from 182 walking weight)

365 lb deadlift
420 lb rack deadlift (pin 8" from ground)

Bench Press @ 182 lbs:
205 for two , with pause.
185 for 8 full reps no pause.
Don't have a spotter I trust to do a full max.

195 @ 132 lbs , 15yrs old. (1.477 X BW)

-------------------------------------------------------

These are all my honest numbers , take it for what you will. i find that I am competitive enough and what you might call an intermediate, maybe I give myself too much credit, maybe too little. Keep in mind that I am NOT including the average 30-40 yr old, who is truthfully usually over weight.

If I can keep these skills for the next 8 years and beyond then I will be fairly content, If I can improve even 2% and maintain then even better. I never push my body when it is responding negatively. I take breaks.
Lastly I think the best input I can give from myself is , get out of the weight room at least twice a week and do a sport you enjoy. Apply the strength that you have built, to me that is the ultimate form of expression, although for some it is the stage.

I hope some this has provided insight in to your question and maybe reminded you what your goals are. I know mine is to maintain and also force arm growth , since I have never had proportionate upper arm growth.

My youngest he is 3, but I have older girls. We all like to go to park and play frisby and throw football an baseball. None of us are used to throwing Frisby much and we did some running. Lol! We also have basket ball goal at home. We were supposed to start doing it every weekend then in week when days got longer.
U just reminded me to keep that commitment. Thanks.

I am 5-10;
203 waking weight this morning;
14% bf;
47 years;

Arms: 17"
Calves: 15.5"
Thighs: 25"
35.5" waist (not jeans size, actual measured)
Chest under arms: 45"
Shoulders (circumference around fullest part): 52:

I've been trying hard to make some gains the last few months. Strength has REALLY gone up; weight has too, but so has fat (Ibwas at around 9% before starting this campaign) but I do see increased thickness in pecs, traps and legs, hamstrings, specifically with regard to legs.

As for sports, I play ice hockey as my work schedule permits. Unfortunately, that usually means about once a month, sometimes a little more frequently, but not usually. The stronger I get, the faster I skate, and I've always been a very good skater. In fact, I'm playing tonight at 10:10. I'm also training legs today, whichbis a really dumb way to prepare for a hockey game; my skating power amd endurance will suffer because of fatigue from my leg session.

Good thread and question!

I go by the mirror mostly and try not getting bogged down by number stats, although I was fixated on them when i was younger.

I'm:

6'3"
255-260lbs depending on time of day. due to daily carb cycle

BodyFat around 9% (very lean)

and no idea on most of those other stats you all listed with neck and calves and shit lmao

Presser wheres your updated pic?

I don't know either other than a 17.5" shirt I have to struggle to button still even now at 190

I do like seeing this type of stuff. Even though we are all made different and longer in places some of us that or close to same size can see what working out does to certain areas of our bodies. How it increases the size?

Some of my shirts always end up being too short from upper body pulling them up. Lol! Like polo shirts express and American Eagle for example.

I agree, I fill the shoulders of a large shirt tightly and my arms look like a kid wearing his dad's old shirt, lmao. Plus I get the torso ride up too. Guys with long levers and torsos usually have better translation of strength on the field.
