As we are fast approaching the end of 2016 and the start of 2017, what are some of your goals for the upcoming year?

This year I want to get my wind up through cardio! And new business ventures !

2017 I'm going to attempt 2 bb competitions about a month apart so very busy and focused will be my year. And no absolute dates have been picked. After June for sure. If things keep on the path they've been on I believe I will have right to left evened out by then. I hope.

Looking to add a little size but get lean. Turn the big 50 this year and going to be in the best shape of my life on my birthday.

Goal is to get some business ventures started and going and also to gain 15 lbs of muscle while also leaning out doing regular cardio.

My goal for 2017 is to get up at 4:30 a.m every morning. Maybe it sounds quite strange. But I'm serious about it.

Thats been my usual rising time for yrs, once you get used to it, its really a breeze. Not to mention the things you can get done before any one else is amazing. Of course the key is going to bed earlier
