Nov 25th removed all condiments like BBQ, Ketchup or anything full of sugar, switch to all low GI carbs brown rice,oats, sweet potatos also switch to only chicken and fish for protein. Fat from nuts and olive oil. I haven't touched a weight or done any form of cardio Oct 30th. Only goal right now is getting my mind and body use to clean eating again. In the next few weeks I should be ready for my next meal with in a hour vs being full for 2-3 hours.

I remember pushing 3 gallons of h20 everyday 7 days out before a show. I want to train my body to use food the same way, always hungry, eating 24/7 clean food. Then start one last ride.
