I am 30 military vet just went through a divorce and looking to enhance my quality of life and try to hit some big gains!!! Please show me some love on here

Welcome to MuscleChemistry. Divorce sucks but sometimes being married sucks more. Heavy weights, short intense workouts, quality protein, lots of water, getting 5-6 smaller meals per day. All a good place to start. Tell us a little about where your at right now. How long have you been lifting, weight and bf#, current nutrition, what are your goals besides big gains? Glad your here, your in the right place!

I started off powerlifting in high school and continued lifting in the military and once I was out I lifted with team Sampson down in Jacksonville but recently moved back to Ohio and can't seem to find my grove anymore. Bf 20% diet is ok need to be more stricked. I am more interested in transitioning into a more bb style but it's hard in middle of know where!

I had a guy I would go to in jacksonville to get my gear and I've been away from there for three years and have been Leary about getting it from the internet but my drive is definitely lacking and I know I need a pick me up

Welcome aboard........hopefully with a powerlifting background your body is set up to fill out nicely.............not sure how old you are, but remember the older you get the more how you look has to do with your diet, not as much your hours in the gym.

Welcome to MuscleChemistry dude, everyday is another day, let's pass the unhappy things in our life, you can do better!
