so recently my chest has broke out very badly, ive been using acne wash, proactive, any acne wash I can find, I even ordered a bunch of Accutane, has anyone ever had a bad break out? and if so how did you deal with it

I will bump this for you but I have never had a problem with acne. I know it's not unusual I just don't get it.

Never really had a problem, but I'd get the occasional breakout. Seems Melanotan2 cleared it up quickly, and helped darken my tan.

Don't take Accutane. Look into vitamin b 5 change your diet. I get on chest especially wear shirt rubs wear I swear I also get behind head and neck. Not full buy zits at same spots that keep coming back and sometimes if I sqeeze hard enough that little hard white seed comes out. That is what's stopping it up.
There is a cream script NUOX it is pharm grade benzoyl peroxide and sulfur try this it works like a champ and safe. For bacteria Get chlorohexidine anticepectic rinse from local pharmacy and take bath with be used with care it will kill bacteria. I use it when in breakouts 5 days a week. Also I use antibacterial soap to bath. Also dandruff shampoo with zinc helps.
Vit b 5 I forgot the dose buy it's pretty high like 1000 mg a day

I also get a lotion with b5 in it that helps it's at dollar tree from $1.
Dht interrupts our oil and plugs pores. It's weird because all the places that have more dht receptors have their turn.
It's a certain enzyme u are lacking that is needed to break down these fatty acids that are stopping up pores. I posted it in another Thread on MC a couple months back on acne

I have found that only certain soaps will break through the oils we produce in the skin that causes acne. When I get a bit of a breakout, I use a glycerin based soap that contains some essential oils or shea butter (I know that sounds contradictory, but it isn't really). The glycerin soap gets rid of the bad oils and bacteria, and then the good oils in the soap re-moisturize the skin. If you just washed all the oils off the skin would get too dry and the breakout would get worse. One place I get these soaps is Suite716.com. Absolutely LOVE their products. I often get their lemongrass essential oil soap or the African black soap with shea butter.

Correct too much dryness will stimulate more oils to secrete and problem starts up again
