Blood pressure cuffs

Going to purchase a blood pressure cuff which do you guys feel are the best ones. It's going to be electronic do you think the wrist ones are more accurate. Or the standard around the bicep. The only reason I ask was cause when I was in the service I was quite a bit bigger well 205 vs 185 though I look way better now anyway every person on the floor could take my blood pressure. Manually and everyone of them would get a different reading. Then I had some monsters at a local gym tell me it was the same for them does the muscle interfere with an accurate reading. Thanks guys got to get this stuff under control

I know this much about myself. At both my Dr's offices it reads much higher than on my own checking it. I go to different pharmacies and reading is close for myself. Last time I took tren a it was elevated at Dr to the point I told them wife was pissing me the F off. Which on tren she usually is and was.
Both Dr's have me check it on own and take photo with phone.
I sit in seat and relax in let it sqeeze a couple times and take reading without looking. The first time I usually resist against the sqeeze and it gives higher reading I guess it's anxiety.
After I am desensitized by first couple times its good every reading after that. So the first one or two is usually 140-160/60-80 then the third and so on after relaxed and desensitized comes in at 110-130/48-70.
That is what I do brother. Test, deca, superdrol, dbol I am all good!
Tren and eq bp stays 150-160/80-90. That's the difference for me. But I get extremely high bp on tren and I would be too scared to check it during these times and always wait until calm. I get the high bp associated with stress on tren!

I'm an emt. And the issued wrist units and the sucked. No good.
I have used arm units and they can be all over the place.
I bought a unit that is manual with a stethoscope.
It goes on your arm and u have to hold the scope on your artery and listen for the heart beat. You can also see the needle jump.or pulse.
Sounds hard but it's not...it actually easy and u can learn.

After that holy shit time of 236/132 the anxiety is awful every time I stick my arm in the cuff and I know this doesn't help hell the stress of knowing it got that high stress' me out. Lol no wrist cuff I believe I would take an emt advice on that one thanks first blood. And thank you MMechanic for your input.

I do like stated above and only go check once or twice a week.

U may not like what I will say, but do all u can to avoid high bp. Chose what is good avoid what isn't except for minimal amount of time only!
Checking bp are always knowing it's high or somewhat will only add to anxiety and create higher bp.
Manage bp go check at Pharmacy a few times a week and look at journal to know what made it trend up.

I can clearly tell when my bp is up without checking it. I know the feeling.

I'm enjoying my Tren A, except I must've nicked a vein or pushed too fast, because I got a case of the tren cough the night before last that I just knew was going to kill me. lol

Been there brother my wife was freakin out broke out in a instant bod soaked sweat and of course uncontrollably coughing the worst one I had ever experienced and of course it had to be with my wife right their. She was not impressed about as impressed as she was with my blood pressure the other day. That poor woman.

Tren a i can still take, but if stress gets to bad and I start getting too irritable bp starts it's shit. I only take around 60-70 every 36 hours works better for me.
I used to take it like it was nothing years ago. The tren e I won't use except 150 a week and only if available cause I had a bunch left.
For the cough I do my hip with tren no vessels there and pin sinks like nothing.
I drunk water right away after pinning no matter what cause it seems to help me.

It all depends on the arm size. For most men, if your arms are 17" or bigger, you have to use a larger cuff or it won't read correctly, plus, electronic devices are not accurate off the bat because they are more calibrated for the regular arm cuff. For big guys, it's best to have a person manually measure your blood pressure.

Blood pressure is an issue that should be made a research from weight lifters/ bodybuilders to our own public.
We do not fit in the definition of normality. Thus we will be treat of things we do not suffer.
I just found one doctor who was good in medicine and statistics.
But tryin to answer your question.
I had to buy one used on the quadriceps.
I do have wrist ones and the are usually good since you keep a good maintenance of the bat.

Tren makes you cough after 1ml.
I reduce the amount and increase the frequency.
It happens to anyone.
Best way is to have a buddy that you trust.
