I was wondering if there was any one out there that knew more than me about injuries. I think I have tennis elbow or tendonitis. Have pain in my front delt and in the top of my forearm which I'm pretty sure the forearm pain is related to the shoulder pain. 2 questions, does anyone have any idea what this could be? Secondly will wearing a compression wrap on my forearm help this at all? As always I appreciate all feedback..

I have the same thing and I use DMSO, Ice, and a tight elbow sleeve when I work out. Take care of those shoulders, both of mine are shot due to years of abuse.

I have had what you discribe and the only solution is time. You can shorten the "time" by using the techiques that are found in this book. Best self help book on the market when it come to pain.

yep, sure do. i believe strongly that is related to our use of computers. i use both hands to work the mouse as well as the keyboard. typing in general or any repetitive movements our long periods, such as the 8 hour workday, make one prone to carpal tunnel syndrome as well as affecting the tendons, which in turn affects the front delt considerably. i ended up with carpal tunnel from using impact tools, and get a lot more tendonitis in forearms from riding a cycle.
changing your exercises helps, like doing db bench, instead of barbell. incline or decline as opposed to flat. although, incline made my clavicles hurt more. use a reverse grip on mil press. laying off the computer a bit as well or texting. just some thought and things i do to help. i don't text, bc of arthritic hands.

Front delt pain at the end of the collar bone is going to be associated with the AC joint. Either its separated or its compressed and the Clavicle is pressing on the Acromion. I suffer from the latter. I have been to an orthopedic surgeon for my shoulder issues and had the gamut of Xrays and MRI. The end diagnosis was a couple cortisone shots that helped for about 6-8 weeks. The surgeon advised he could fix it with a "Distal Clavicle Excision" where about 8mm of bone are taken of the end of the clavicle to open the AC joint up. He does not recommend this unless the pain is unbearable.

Elbow pain is most likely tendentious.
