Isotretinoin

I just recently got prescribed isotretinoin by my dermatologist for my acne condition, has anyone been on this or even Accutane because the two are very similr, Accutane just isn't produced anymore, if so how was your experience?

Isotretinoin IS accutane. There are a few members who have been on it, bump for experiences.

I used accutane when I was 14 I believe 2-3 mths don't know the dose.It cleared up my acne by mth two end of third mth all acne was gone.Only side I got was sunburn.since I was a kid when kids played out side .I got crisps burnt on a fishing trip so bad I had water blisters all over my back and when I started peeling my ears and bottom of my nose peeled also..so wear sun block of stay out of direct sunlight.
