Update on my back surgery.

Just thought I would drop a note and say hi to everybody I have been pretty much out of commission for the last two weeks trying to recover from back surgery. The shooting pain that ran down my leg is gone but now I'm getting shooting pains through my sacrum area. The Doctor went in and shaved part of my L3 disc off that was pushing on the nerve and cleaned up my L4 disc. I am hoping for a speedy and safe recovery.

Now I am just really watching my diet and proteins because I can't work out for another three weeks at least. Hope everyone is good and have a great day. I will keep you all posted as the next week goes on. Thanks

Best of luck brother - wishing you a speedy recovery. I'm also just bouncing back from surgery so as mentioned above, just take it easy and it will all come back together.

Update on my back recovery. Now that it's been seven weeks since my surgery, I have finally started to walk without my cane and starting to have less and less pain every day. I am doing physical therapy and working out at home with Light dumbbells and push-ups. By maintaining a good strong protein diet I haven't lost more than 8 pounds. I'm hoping the road ahead of me is starting to make me feel better. Thanks for all of your support.

Stay strong brother and just keep moving forward. The one thing that I would recommend is getting some MC IGF-lr3. It is awesome and really helps to speed up recovery.

I am still going through lots of pain in my lower back. Does anyone have any more ideas to help me out with what to do or point me in the right direction?
Thanks
