could some one answer a ? i had back surgery 1yr ago and having a rough time regaining strength and mobility would mk-677 help me get back some pep in my step and get back in the gym i had one dr say yes and the others just wanted bull shit therapy and epidurals could some give some advice thank you.

I feel as though IGF would offer a more direct healing effect. Mk-677 is going to be more broad by increasing your growth hormone in general.
I would also check around on adding some TB-500 to the mix.i haven't personally used TB but IGF has been a great aid in my healing.

mk 677 is ONLY a GH Secretagogue , so im not a fan of it or secretagogues in general, well at least not ones where you could find the actual hormone and use it rather than taking somehting that helps secret more
