Yo guys.
Let me introduce myself. Iam 27 years old and wanna start training again after 3-4 years. I amm rlly fat now for my belongs and feel a bit unhappy with this. Well first of all I need to check whats wrong with my shoulder and shinbone. Got some problems with them -..-
I am living in the EU, so I am sorry because of my bad english. Maybe u can help me to improve it lol^^

How fat are you? That can put a strain on joints, tendons, and cause circulation and vascular problems!
I also know that we and our old brain the one that tells our heart to beat will make us come up with an excuse until we get committed doing out workout long enough that the guilt of missing is louder!!!
Only u can be the judge of that!

I have been where u are!
And for me in my situation it was just another excuse.
At 28 I was in car accident ruptured c-4 c5 in neck and L4,5, and s1.
No surgery yet. Was in pain management and convinced myself I need disability.
It didn't go that far but at 30 I threw pills out said no more.
I worked out got in shape in 90 days felt better than ever!!!
I have had surgery 3 times only sedated no opiates at all.
Looked at everyone else in recovery room out and I was asked how I was and said fine ready to use bathroom so I can eat!
Yes I may need surgery on neck and back but I will live until that day comes!!

I'm too fat. Its for me a very interesting think because I cant get over 105 kg. I can eat fast food, chocolate, cookies, cakes and so on but i wont get over 105kg. But i can try to eat low carb without anythink of that for months and i wont go unter 100 kg... Thats also sth I need to check with my doc. The std blood test were ok, thats sth we know. Maybe I cant loose weight bc I am under stress with working and studying and so on. Or thats my set point and I cant get it down without doing constantly sport. Dunno....

Woo, bro respect! Well I think I cant compare myself with your situation bc of your accident but I am rlly at the point where I say fuck it u need to do sth....

If I not eating enough your thyroid will slow down. Old brain again, humans starved for millions of years they have only had food reserves with storage for what 100 somewhat years.
Gotta eat 5 times a day or 6 at least, the right stuff, and stay consistent with enough activity to make that old thyroid metabolism burn it up for energy.
In my opinion is metabolic shift natural takes 60 days or more to see results with exercise that is!

Brother we don't have to compare. Thus is no competition with any of us here for sure. We just need to relate! And motivate and share our experience and what we learned along the way to help each other out!
But if we are having an absolute medical issue we always got to address it responsible!!!

Well I need to say that I did not train while I was dieting... lack of time. But lets see how I will do it until july. Id like to loose until then 10 kg fat. Thats my goal.

U have time. Don't listen the that!!
I get up before the life gets in way and do it before work. And if I miss I go for lunch and eat on go.
That's the difference!
I gotta change what u eating there are examples on here or start thread asking for some. U will get responses.
The trick is give body healthy food balanced 5-6 times a day 500 cal lower than your maintainance to start.
Then u have to exercise and change your habits and activity levels so you make that's is right MAKE metabolism have to burn it for energy needed!!!
This has to stay consistent for 90 days and after that 90 u will be hooked and not depressed and on a new mission.
Consistency is the key!!!
