Just went on TRT! at 200 test c a week 500 iu HCG EOD, AND ANASTROZOLE 1 MG EOD and im feeling great after 1 week! decided to add mk677 to help heal injuries as well.

Anything I need to be aware of on TRT? blood pressue, colesterol ect? any advice appreciated! I'm currently 5'10" 250lbs long-time athlete and lifter need to get down to like 220.

The mk 677 I got is giving me lethargyand a bit of bloat, sleeping great! very minimal numbing of hands and not seeming to battle the hungers cause I'm taking it at night.

not that I know of, the 1mg eod seems to be more than some others on trt have stated but not crazy differences , good luck

You will definitely want to check on blood pressure and cholesterol while you are on TRT. Most have an increase of blood pressure, and HDL is often lowered, LDL usually goes up. Myself, I was up to 170/42 at one point on the bp. It normalized 5-6 years later.

yes, I have mostly read guys on TRT prescribed .5mg every 3rd day, but like I said, all in all it sounds like a solid TRT plan

Thanks, I will have been on TRT for 18 years solid (never off) this June. Amazing that it has actually been that long.

Just realized I made a typo on that number, was supposed to be 170/92.

Not sure I understand what you said there. The second number is actually the more important one because that's the one where the heart is not beating, i.e., resting blood pressure. If that it consistently high, you have a real problem. My docs weren't as concerned with the first number being 170. I was put on Metoprolol for a while to help it come down, and later as I said, it normalized and I was able to come off the bp meds. Usually, the increase in bp when going on TRT is from the increase in water if you've never been on steroids before, and that was me at the time. Nowadays, even being on 400mg/week, my bp measures about 131/77.

When I am lean my bp is 117/56
When I am not around 13 my bp is around 135/66
My low # gets in 40's often dr said it's no big deal my heart beat is strong.
Ai should be around 0.5 adex 2x a week. Or 1mg @2× in high aromatasers but this often adjusts over time the shock of have enough testosterone to aromatase

Exactly BigZ the readings are considered together as risk.
One is pressure at heart beat other is pressure between beats.
Then pulse plays a role.
When we get nervous or stand up our adrenals constrict vessels to create more pressure. In flight or fight or from standing up.
When we get up too fast the "HEAD RUSH" is from being too vasodated and pressure not high enough to create fast enough blood flow.
I get anxiety at Dr appointments. My blood pressure is always higher.
They have me check it on my own.
I check it once a week at pharmacies.
First one usually not a good reading.
I sit let it squeeze do its thing then everytime after that I am desensitized to my reaction towards that makes first reading high!

lamo presser.
i'm curious, you boys get trt when so young. how the heck does that happen? i can understand for guys who have juiced a lot, having this problem early on. but, i also wonder what kinds of numbers are you looking at when you consider you have low-t. i started my own at 58 y/o, because the va doc just wouldn't help and my test level came back lower each time i had labs. the last was 200 ng/dl. doc still wouldn't do anything, except run the lab again, then said it came back at 319. i think they fudged it for him, bc he's very reluctant to give trt. you just don't get 200, then 319 from the same blood draw.
anyways, i stopped trt in dec bc i had a va appointment and i sure noticed the effects of low-t quite dramatically. so went back on after labs. i just recently went off again, bc i need to get adjustments right again. i tell ya, it gets to be a real balancing act. i had too much of one or another doing a cycle. my best guess is it was the deca. loved the stuff, great for pain relief, but you gotten watch it. just off two weeks and i'm feeling all the lousiness and pain coming back from low-t. so once you're on, it will probably be for life. i'm new to this as well and just started last sept. so i'm still learning and looking for the best info, most of which i found here.
i'm not a guru or the genius presser is, just my input.

For me, I started TRT at 30 years old. It was purely genetics, hadn't ever touched steroids before then.

That's bogus. They aren't supposed to run the lab on the same vial/tube again. Protocol is to do a completely new blood draw so I'd have to agree with you that they changed the number. Couldn't have possibly changed that much.

Yep, I'm on for life myself. That's just how it goes for the most of us.

oh, so sorry to hear that. i understand. genetics, environmental factors, other types of interferences that all play a part in how our bodies are going to react and what gets boosted and what fails. i count myself lucky from the other boys that experienced the same incident in the marines. a lot of them have cancers of all sorts. so you just never know who and when something like this or that will hit.

i also blast/cruise. think i need to stay on trt at the least. certainly feel better doing so. i prefer sus over test e or c.

Why are you taking an AI without blood work? In my opinion you should shoot for the least amount of exogenous testosterone to mimic your own test. 100mg/wk is a good starting point. Again this is just my opinion. My current protocol is only 50mg every 3.5 days. This keeps me in the high 800's. Good Luck..
