Dont know if i did a intro when i joined way back but Hello Everyone! Im an old time lifter (57) still hitting the weights and Gym 5 days a week and maintain my weight at 205.Had a major knee replacement last year that set me back a ways but Im hitting em hard now.I started the new year with a 500 test e/300 deca @ wk cycle and has helped tremendously get back too form. I'll try to hang out more!
 
Welcome brother and as I like to say, DECA is KING!! I will be 50 on my birthday and hit the gym 4 to 5 days a week.

And I am curious to hear about the knee replacement, as I need total replacements (yes plural) but was told by doctor to wait as long as I could as the knee replacements only lasted about 5-7 years for guys who are as active as I am. But my knees are to the point they hurt daily, and the inside of both knees the bone is starting to pop out, kinda like a calcium build up, but its just the bone grinding and pushing out, as I have nothing left between to keep my knees from grinding lol

What kind of knee replacement and how long was recovery etc..

LMAO, yeah well I think my “meds” are the problem! My doctor prescribed me something called “Lithium” 4 times a day and said it would help Mello me out, lmao.
 
Definitely respect a guy with 2 knee replacements, 57 & still going 5 days a week. Hope I'm still going at it at that age! Welcome
 
Welcome aboard..........still have never tried Deca or any form of nandrolone. I wonder if it would help arthritis?

Snow, that is why I take it. I have arthritis bad and in most of my joints. I have what the docs call in diagnosed RA. The blood test says I don't have RA but I have all of the other symptoms. SUCKS!!!

welcome, i like deca and npp, both. just have to pin more with npp, but it works good. right now i cruising, though, and using ostarine. i think i prefer the deca/npp, my wife doesn't so much though. lol.
