What Supplements you are using?

This thread will help everyone, who dont know about various kind of aids or supplements that will help him to grow more.
 
Creatine is the #1 supplement to use. There are studies that show it helps to build muscle. Creatine is actually just a combination of several amino acids. Bcaa's are good to use, but if you use a good quality whey protein supplement, it should have the right combo of amino acids in it.

Then there is the question as to whether you consider SARM's a supplement.

1) Whey Protein
2) Creatine
3) BCAA

That's just for the term supplements. As far as performance aids. I say specifics would depend on your goals at the time great ones include....

Cardarine, SARMs, MC IGF-1

Pre workout (peptopro and HBCD combo) and then the same drink sipped during my workout. Numerous new studies show that this is the new way to grow muscle and I have tried it personally for 2 years and it works, no doubt about it. John Meadows even advocated it during numerous interviews ( I think one was in muscle and fitness but I can't find the link)

Creatine, glutamine, whey, and POP (Portuguese Oyster Powder, as a multivitamin). I was thinking of using masszymes, too (can you post a link on here?), but then again it is way too expensive to buy....
 
Preworkout- Mesomorph, F-Bomb, Gat Nitraflex
combined with Gat PMP, C4 Ultimate is aight.. to name a few I use.
Protein Powder- Usually a good whey with about 25/30G protein per scoop.
CREATINE!!! Creatine is a must have at all time in my opinion. I dont hpld excess water weight like people say either ��.
BCAAs are good to toss in!
Alsp have Milk Thistle, Multivitamin, and Fish Oil as well!
