Journey to October

Hello everyone,

Have a bit of a long journey to October, my next competition. Going to be chasing a lot of things up with my training and experimenting with some new tactics... mostly wanting to put a lot more size into my lacking legs.

Here's where I stand now physique wise but keep in mind I power lift :)

Let the gains begin

That's when I'm shooting for, for my first competition. I'm looking forward to following you, so maybe I can learn a few things and give me an edge.
 
Squatting every other week now, so this is my 2nd time barbell squatting in this program. Focusing a lot on very high volume accessories. Trying to grow my quads and hams

Today:
Barbell squat
425 3x4
425 1x6

3x5 single leg hack squat
10x10 leg extensions

Time to chill because I have hella volume Thursday

Not really sure if this is having a negative impact on my strength, if so I'm willing to sacrifice that for larger legs which later I can turn into a larger squat.
Looking at my YouTube my best squat for reps I could find was 405x7 I'm sure I've hit more but can't readily find. In any case like I said doesn't matter. The goal is to grow the legs.

10x10 205 stiff leg
5x15 plyo swing
5x10 each leg single leg squat to bench
8 sets of leg extensions to failure

Volume day, since next Tuesday I will be on vacation I'm gonna do my squat workout Saturday or Sunday (probably Saturday so I have less impact on my bench Monday).

When I come back I do another 5 week wave of volume then start meet prep

4x6 belt squat
Leg press 30 rep drop set then 4x10
PlyoSwing 5x12
Leg extensions 4x20
