So, I went from working 60+hours a week to 25/30 and i just dont know what to do. It's crazy. I lift more which is great, but outside of that, Idk what to do. I tend to fuck around on social media and watch youtube and netflix haha, but I need something. Anyone else have or had this problem and what did you do to fix it lmao. I would do a second job but mine will pick back up soon enough.
 
I am restless often & don't sleep much either. I fish & walk trails some times. I'm like that even at my job though. Getting fresh air on a walk or something like that is best imo. Sitting inside to long makes me ancy as fu#$!

I am in oil field it two years been at 35 hours 40 sometimes when on call. Was at 60 before!
Am back at 40 since last week.
It tires me out more because of financial stress at Lower hours!

I do things on side here and there. Believe it or not I feel like I have no time for anything.
My family and kids consumes lots of time I just can't go do anything I want surely not leave! Lol
I gotta hit gym before work or at lunch. Sometimes after work but that cuts into wife's time and then I gotta hear It!
But I wanna be home for kids!
I never miss the gym. 4 times a week instead if 5 is least I allow myself!
But I don't workout longer than 35-50 minutes but I really get it on!
