Past 3 days have been zero carbs. First time I have ever done that so def feeling flat. Cardio is at an all time high. 60 minutes split 30 fasted in the morning and 30 mins post workout. For sure the biggest I've been. Reason for the change of show is to give me two shots at my pro card. At junior Nats and 2 weeks later Team U. Classic physique division class B. Pics are from this morning fresh out of bed weighing 193. 16 days to make this sharper and dry. Been losing about 1 pound a day. Let me know what you think

Thank you! Not sure about my waist but last show I did in March a pair of 30 waist jeans were pretty baggy on the waist but real tight in the legs lol.

Looking good dude ! I feel like a 30 waist is a good size. I currently at a 30 waist but have lots of growth to get that super wide back you got dude !!

Ya the waist is going to get smaller and smaller getting closer to the show so my back will look even bigger. I'm thinking I'll be 184 come two Thursday's from now at weigh ins then carb up those 2 days and I should be on stage around 188. Really focusing on my condition because I have the size for my class but what really wins shows is condition. Something that you rarely see anymore at npc shows

I'm slowly getting there myself I hit the scale at 259 pounds this morning so it's slowly coming off. I will weigh in at 247 and add 11 pounds or more on my carb up so I will hit the stage around 260 which should put me right where I need to be. I'm not grainy yet but it's only about 4 weeks out if things keep moving the way they are. When my veins start wrapping around my arms and shoulders when I'm resting I'm ready to go.
