Anyone remember Debbie Kruck?

Some of you may remember her as the first American Fitness champion. Well come to find out she actually lives here in my town and she runs a Pilates clinic and Massage Therapy Clinic. Guess who my new massage therapist is? LOL she has a bunch of her magazine covers and photo shoots up on the walls along with her trophies. She's a very very cool lady who is very much down to earth and an added benefit is she is a huge advocate of veterans and Veterans rights. So for the past 2 hours as she's been massaging me and stretching me out we've been talking about all the old school days with Erica Kern and Linda Marie and Lou Ferrigno and Sharon Bruneau and a bunch of those competitors and athletes. I just figured I'd share because it's not everyday you get to meet somebody of her caliber who's very cool and fun to talk to. And by the way she still looks pretty awesome.

I was able to talk with her at the Arnold years ago. Very nice lady and one of the few that actually tried to help the sport out. She had her own shows for a few years.

Yea, we talked about all of that. It's a shame that it was a car accident that took her out of the business. She text me a few videos, I'll post at least the one of them up here, because it has her, Lenda Murray, Kim Chizevsky, Debbie Muggly, Blaze, Sharon Bruneau, and another special guest. lol
She's a really great and caring lady. And like I said, she still looks great for being 54. I know some 24 years olds who don't have bodies as good as hers.
