great question, i havent used one in many years.

I have been taking 10mg Aqua-Alis for about 2 months. I usually rotate Vi-Aqua every 6 weeks. I take the Aqua-Alis about 2 hours prior to training. The Vi-Aqua 45 minutes.

NOTHING I HAVE EVER TAKEN COMPAIRS.

The effects on NO2 are well researched.
