Newbie saying hello from the UK - How to lose BF the quickest way

Greetings all.

Clearly I'm new to this forum, and you could say new to steroids although I have been using them for two years.

I need a little advise please if you could advise.

I figure I best paint a picture of myself first, so I'm 39 yrs of age, 6'0" and weighing in at 93kg currently. I've had some very good gains from cycles in the past using a local gym for sound advise, but he has now left the gym and for personal reasons I'm no longer in contact with him.

previous cycles were Var 50mg only on and off for 10 weeks for little over a year (3 X 10 week cycles). I then moved onto Test 400 1mg ew only with great results, then Test 400 1mg with Deca 1mg ew, then Test 400 1mg with Tren 1mg ew, and then most recently Test 400 1mg, Mast 1mg, Tren 1mg ew.

i ended my last cycle at 88kg looking quite good, very pleased with the results, but unfortunately I hit a personal crisis and I let my diet slip. I'm now carry a bit of BF I'm not happy with that I want to shift. The crisis is under control (not my health by the way) but want to get back on track.

My question is I've increased my cardio and got my diet back on track, so how do I aid a quick BF burn? I was thinking Test and Mast only, but I'm probably a long way off the mark?

Once you get to a plateau or those last few lbs there are a few things you can use to get you over the hump.

Cardarine is great for fat burning and getting the most out of your out of your workouts.

Clenbuterol and T3 can be used to but only advised for advanced users.
 
IMO with his cycle history a clen run is a pretty safe bet.
T3 probably not necessary. However 40 mg of clen 20 morning 20 pre-work out in two days on two days off is the protocol we use and it really works. I build up to 80 mg toward the end of the 6 week run and I get shredded.
I am also 52 and running gear more years than I would like to admit. :(

Welcome aboard. Iron game tells is correctly, but it is the advise no one really wants to hear. Test and Mast could work if you get very calorie deficeint to help you retain muscle, but unless you are under 10% BF not sure mast will help lean you out. Mast is used more as a finisher, not the work horse when trying to lose body fat.
