Just want to say that ive tried both intramuscular injections and subq.My first couple of weeks I did the Intramuscular with good results and felt good pre or post.About a Month after that I decided to try Subq injections.All I can say is subq did nothing for me as I didn't feel any results what so ever I tried it for three weeks to give it time to see if I would feel any different,but nothing came out of it so I went back to I/M with good results that I was feeling and seeing when I first started.Just my two cents.

IGF goes systemic. So I think it was just a placebo for you. But either way, I'd rather do SUBQ. So much easier

I agree I get same affect much more of pump for sure IM in muscles worked.
If igf administration is systematic or how much is??
I know it doesn't raise plasma levels like gh does. So maybe it gets bound by first available receptors and then it's used up.
This I do know?
I know my goal would be for it to get to receptors in areas worked out!!
I myself believe it's insulin like shuttling affect is systematic but its hyperplasia affect of it is more local.
It's not easiest thing to study and it's been inconclusive on travel, how much self administration of it actually does.
No matter what kind it last same amount of time ONCE BOUND RECEPTOR. But half life in each type with different alterations make is affect more anabolic with des but more protien binding resistant in lr3.
