I seen a guy with rank fuck tard or something and was like wtf then noticed others lol

Then I realized I'm about to reach 3k post
 
Lol yeah I was in middle of updating ranks and fucked up some lol

stank ass is good though lol fucktard on other hand was for banned members and somehow made its way into 1-50 post count lol and some other weird ones I just filled in to see if it was working and then got pulled away before fixing lol

I'll get it fixed tomorrow lol

The 100 rep sets are an ass kicker (go to failure each set, rack and pause for a second, go to failure again, repeat until you hit 100). Did that with squats a week ago and the legs were sore for a week. At my age I can do that and keep the weight lighter giving the joints some relief but still get an awesome pump and hit the muscle fibers deep. True intensity or insanity!! Enjoy the holidays.
