Hi,

Castor oil contains many anti-inflammatory components which help to prevent inflammation and some other common symptoms of Arthritis.
To get relief from aching joints, massage the place with warm castor oil.
You can also use cotton fabric for a massage which is overnight soaked in castor oil.
Use a heating pad over that place for better and quicker result.
This process will help you to get rid of muscle pain, joint pain, and stiffness, inflammation, and swelling.
Castor oil can also be taken orally but in this case, you need a doctor's consultation.
You can take castor oil orally by mixing it with snacks and tea or juice.
If you don't like the taste then try to take castor oil capsules as the dose mentioned by your consultant.

Good Luck !!!

Thank you for that information brother. My mom has rheumatoid arthritis, and I have been looking for something to help with the inflamation. So I will check into that.

The only thing that I would add is use a moist heating pad. Do not use a normal heating pad or you will dry out the muscle. This may not be as much an issue on joints.

On a related subject which I should post on another thread, my elbow pain that caused me to lay off several times in the last few yrs has stopped (it diagnosed as bursitis) and I have no doubt because I been using DMSO for this entire yr, I apply once in AM and once in PM and have had no pain for last 6 months, it takes a while to kick in.....and I dont think I stink either!

Just food for thought on the subject, plus DMSO is dirt cheap
