Heres some pics from ages 21....26/30. Starting all over again, bodybuilding.

I need help designing a new routine, nutritional diet....maybe a cycle...I powerlifted for a while and ate whatever I felt like. I started working out at the age of 13. All my teen pictures are gone.
 
Been doing some reading..everything from t-nation/rich piana...dave Crosland. bill kazmear..Manfred...Isaac nesser. Watching a lot of videos. I'm starting to get some of the weight off. Planning a cycle and routine..while saving money. Designing a diet is going to be the hardest part.
 
As Rot stated, 230 is where it's at. Small waist and broad shoulders. You looked good. You got some work ahead of you, but it can be done brother. Good luck
 
damn brutha, its hard to believe thats even the same person in the 26 years old and 30 year old photos. Yeah you can cut down and get back into great shape, your 30 years old now? or was that pic a while back?

Just curious how old you are now, as if ur just 30 yrs, then you should have no problem dieting down, and losing all the body fat .

I'm 31 tomorrow. Pic is about 2 weeks old. Been out of the gym 5 weeks. Started dieting down last week with some cardio. My goal is to hit 280-275ish around may-june. Tommorow I'm going to start with 20 minutes cardio followed by a full body workout. You're right Presser and Chihuahua. I have a few ideas for a cycle in may/june but might still be too fat to even think of running gear.
 
Here's what I'd run though..for entertainment purposes only.week 1-12 600 test-e,week 1-8 500 tren-e,week 1-12 500 eq . First 6 weeks t-bol 50mg/day. Letro/nolva/exemestane on hand.
 
IMO running eq at 500 for only 12 weeks isn’t enough. Eq is very slow acting and needs to be run higher to see the true benefits. Like 800 for 16 weeks. Most people don’t like eq because they run it too low for way too short of duration. Obviously there will be other opinions on this but this is just what I have found both on myself and other that I know that have ran it.

Used EQ for years what I know now raises your hematecrit and hemoglobin red Blood cells bad. Now after years of use have to give blood 2x a week

Having a cheat meal here & there, is not bad imo. Some guys are so strict for so long, that when they fall off the diet wagon... they fall hard! Don't torture yourself.
