Help with AI in first cycle

Ok so this is my first cycle ever with anabolics. Never took prohormes or any peptides before.
This is my current stat:

26 years old
5”11
198lbs
12% bf

I plan on taking:
Test Cyp 500mg(250mg on Mon/Thurs)
1-12 week

HCG 500iu day before test(250iu on Sun/Wed)
1-12 week

Aromasin 25mg cap(????)
1-14 week

PCT:
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20/20
Clomid 100/100/50/50
An extra week of only Nolvadex 20mg

So as you guys can see, I’m struggling with the AI. Now after so much research I have come to an understanding that it’s different to each individual, it varies from one person to another. Since this is my first cycle, with bloods and feel for my body, as I progress I will find the dose that will hit the soft spot. But until then, I wanted to know a good dose I should start with. Now I have pharm grade aromasin but my problem is that it comes in 25mg.... How should I go about this? Start off with 25mg E3D? Or EOD until a few weeks in and I get my blood? Also what would be the best time for me to take the aromasin(should I take it the day I pin my test then do E3D)? You are very right, that it varies from person to person. I have read that some guys take that on cycle, but I would recommend adex. I keep letrozole around, but ONLY use if I see my nips getting puffy! I would probably use aromasin the same way, but that's just my opinion. If your gonna use it, I would start at a low dosage. I learned the hard way what it feels like when you wipe out your estrogen... didn't like it at all!

I'm a believer in only using it if you must. I would not use it until you really need it. Dosing? It's hard to say. I managed to crash my E2 with 12.5mg EOD. Stane is one of compounds you are just going to have to figure out yourself. Good luck

I like the liquid version of adex, such as the Aqua-dex available here on the MC store. Adex is powerful shit. It comes in tiny 1mg tabs; but I found even half a tab (0.5mg) was too much for me and crashed my E2.

The liquid form is so easily variable, you can take it in drops if you want. Muchbeasier to regulate than trying to chop a 1/4" diameter pill in half, then half again.

I use it only occasionally, if I see E2 related sides, which I rarely do.

As you said and has been confirmed in this thread by others, the need for it definitely varies widely from individual to individual. Some guys seem very prone to E2 related sides; others much less so.

Studying bloodwork results and keeping a log with dates and referring to bloodwork results as appropriate will help you figure out what you need.

You & I are very alike, when it comes to ai's. I get the same effect. Like you said, even adex is very potent stuff!
