I'm back and broken...

So I've been gone a few months because life is throwing me a few curve balls. So I've been back in the game and trying to get ready to prep for this year's contest season. Was finally making some good games and decided to go for a bike ride during Bike Week down here and some old lady decided that she didn't want to wait for traffic and came straight on in my lane and almost hit me head-on. So I had to quickly react and in the process of avoiding a head-on collision went down. As any of us would do I tried to save the bike before myself and tour my left tricep and my right hamstring and sprained my right wrist. So now I'm out of the gym for at least 3 weeks to a month.

But it's nice to be back on here all my brothers and sisters of iron are.

That sucks, dude. But, glad you avoided the collision. Did the lady even stop or speed off?

She hauled ass. As I was picking my girl up off the ground the lady rolled her window down yelled something and drove off.

Lots of ice, ibuprofen, and rest right now. Killing me to be out of the gym. My hamstring is starting to turn colors now too.

Damn Bro road rash sucks! Sorry to hear all this, sounds like it could have been worse. Prayers out to you for a speedy recovery....glad yr back though!

you may want to try some curcumin; it is a potent inflammation killer. It also isn't hard on the kidneys like ibuprofen.

Don't worry about it too much, you'll be back in the gym in no time! Just see this as a couple of months off from the gym to rest and recover. After that you'll probably make better progress than before.
 
Just a couple of updated pictures from this morning. Still having lots of pain and limited range of motion. It started pinning MC igf in hopes of a faster recovery.

I have a buddy that swears by the peptide TB500........... I have never used it but you can use google as well as I can!!:satan:
