This game we play is only rewarding when consistency matches effort. Day in a day out life will throw obstacles in your way. So you can avoid and others you can not. Just the other day we had a member come back from a motorcycle wreck. We have family’s and jobs, injuries and all sorts of set backs but pushing through is what we do, giving in is not in our DNA. Whether you started young in life or got a late jump it takes drive to go and go hard day in and day out the same kind of drive that makes you a winner in the gym is why your a winner in life. Keep kicking as my brothers and don’t let shit get in your way.

Life has a tendency to get in the way and then as we get older there are things that are more important than the gym. We still put in the effort but realize we need a balance in our lives.

Just yesterday I had a guy that works at the gym ask how I'm feeling and I showed him my arm and hamstring... he couldn't believe that I was back in the gym already. I'm not letting my accident hold me back. Granted I can't train like I want to, because the torn tricep is definitely hindering any pushing movements, and the torn hamstring limits me on my lower body, but I'm finding things to do like pulldowns, rows, db curls, leg extensions, calf raises, etc, to try to keep some of my size and strength. Fortunately, the MC IGF seems to be helping me recover quickly. It's been a little less than 2 weeks since my accident, and I was "supposed" to be on light duty for 4- 6 weeks... no lifting or strenuous activity. Champions push through the pain, overcome the obstacles, and still maintain a level of control so that they don't make things worse by over-training or trying to do too much too fast.

Blasphemy is a one way ticket straight to Hell you bastard !!! lmao

But, you right on the money daddio! Gym and training is still a top priority but now its dropped down a couple spots on my priority list!!!

Such as life I suppose!

Everything gets harder with age ....Except Your Dick!

Actually , if im being honest, life got much much easier as I aged, I guess really its just the Prioroties that have changed mostly as you said above!!!

But yeah, life is way easier the older you get! In my 20’s I was worried about Money, Money Money and Money! With age comes security in that area, some what anyhow.
