Crazy busy weekend for the MJ

Been crazy busy this weekend. No post and no workout. All Saturday was spent signing paper work to build a house (exciting) and then I had to attend a funeral for an old friend that lost his battle with cirrhosis. Some good and bad, but eating breakfast with the wife and it’s back to the grind.

That’s a sliver lining. I get so caught up with keeping my schedule that I sometimes need next rest.
