Not sure if you guys are familiar with the YouTube channel muscleinsider, but they have a great series called ask the doc. It’s just random people’s questions to Dr. Rand. Some of the stuff is very simple but none the less he speaks basics and many over look the basic or just never really let set in. His vids and takes on HCG has helped me tremendously with cycle recovery. This vid is on protecting the liver and alleviating “fatty liver” build up after cycles end.
