Music is just as much a drug as the ones im pinnin my ass with when it comes down to working out. I try to listen to some good trance(paul oakenfold, van buuren) or hard rock(bizkit, rage, tool) to put me in that zone. Just wondering what everyone else jams to when working out. later

For pressing and squats I don't like to listen to music, I would much rather concentrate on the lift. But for easier thing I usually listen to techno now because it got a steady fast beat that gives me a good rythem. I love the rock and am actually a guitarist, but the ups and downs in a rock song usually fuck up my timing lifting.

I listen to Godsmack, Linkin Park, Disturbed....sometimes dance or techno...depends on the workout and the mood.
