I TRACED THIS IP NUMBER THAT MY FIREWALL BLOCKED

IP addy's that are tied to a gov't server will come back as private or unconfirmed internet. I'm not saying that is who it was, just a possibility.

most knowledgable(experienced) hackers will use a dialup or some other for for connection to the internet when hacking someone.. this is cause it's fairly cheap, and if they get caught hacking they only loose a cheap dialup connectoin.. better than loosing you're fast fucking cable .. i doubt it's the man .. think about it ... how many guys around the world know how/want to hack.. ??? ... besides, if the government wanted to peak into you're puter i highly doubt they would have been scared off by zonealarm..
