Favorite protein shake to use daily and post workout?

Curious to know what you all like for protein shakes that u use for supplemental meals and post workout?
 
Cindee works graveyard and is always behind on her meals so she packs a few shakes. This is her mix here:

1 cup skim milk
2 scoops whey-chocolate
3/4 cup of oatmeal or peanut butter cheerios. She prefers the latter.
1 banana
1 heaping spoonful of Greek yogurt
2 tbs of natural peanut butter or PB2 powdered peanut butter.

It is delicious and she usually packs two larger shakers. The ingredients are for one shaker.
 
I like variety so I usually got three different flavors of ionized whey open , mix with banana, I prefer ice and water over milk, and maybe some pb2 or strawberrys or oatmeal powder., hit it with a hand blender and sometimes add egg white powder.. I eat pretty much whatever ..

That sounds yummy. Never thought of the cheerios. May have to try that concoction. Thanks:)
 
Dymatize whey isolates chocolate post workout and dymatize elite casein vanilla before bed. you cant beat the quality for the price and i think taste pretty good.
 
1 scoop choco WPI
2 tbsp pb
1 banana
half cup fat free cottage cheese
16oz skim milk
2 tbsp choco syrup

pre workout I use 1 cup dry oatmeal and substitute 16oz milk for 16oz water

I also skip WPI pre wo

I like vanilla protein powder, a frozen banana, some canned pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, almond milk and blend. yummmm

Another good one...vanilla protein powder, oats (but I grind them up first), flaxseed (also ground them before adding), peanut butter or PB2, nutella, almond milk, and maybe frozen banana...its been so long since I could eat good food that I forgot. Anyway, blend and enjoy. I have a huge sweet tooth so I'd make these to keep me from eating ice cream :rolleyes:
 
I'm with iron julius here, anything dymatize is tips in my book both quality, taste and price!

Nice .. I was wondering about dymatise..Post in supplement reviews If possible and has anyone used their amino acid recovery drink.? It's like 22$ for 30 servings ..
 
I haven't used the dymatize proteins but I'll give them a shot, since I've used other stuff by them and been happy. For protein I now use the gnc puerto performance amp extreme 60. Stuff mixes incredibly eady, tastes awesome, and has 60g of protein per serving.

Take creatine before you do heavy lifting, it gives your muscles a temporary boost by helping the fast twitch muscles,
Then take protien shakes with a meal of pasta and chicken or any red meat
That took me from 12 stone to 18 stone in 18 months

YUMMYYYY!!! They both sound ridiculously good! Will have to note tse recipes and give thm a try! Thanks Silk! :)
