Scrambled eggs supreme

Per serving: 2 Dottie's Stuffed Mushrooms, quartered 2 eggs, beaten Scramble the eggs in a little butter. When nearly, but not quite set, stir in the mushrooms. Continue cooking until the mushrooms are hot and eggs are set. Makes 1 serving Do not freeze

I use the "I cant believe its not butter" I liked it with that in it. Thanks
