2. all 3 digits in any sequence
3. who evers number comes out closest over or under.(If no one hit from either 1 or 2)

So you see every week there will be a winner due to number (3)

bigghorn and jcbb86 were both 33 numbers away, one was 33 above the number, the other was 33 below the number so we have a tie. The winning number was 390 and jcbb86 picked 423 and bigghorn picked 357 so I'm not sure how Presser is going to do this, but there it is
