I was told by my source today that HCG isn't being made anymore, is this true? Also, is it legal?

HCG is made in the Netherlands by Organon and is available under the name Pregnyl in the US...

it is a prescription only medication, speak with your doctor... and you should know better than to ask where you can get some in an open forum...

it is most definately still being made.....cant see a reason why it would be stoped. It is actually increasing in popularity lately too...Md

The only reason you might hear of something like that is because of a production problem which will curtail supplies for a bit. Production will pick back up once the problem is solved. That happened with Upjohn's depo test a few years back. My pharmacy was scraping to keep prescriptions filled, calling every place they could to see if they had some. Luckily now, there is finally a generic version so Upjohn does not control the whole supply any more.
