bump that....add some weight if they get to be too easy....depending on your age...abs can be hard as hell....as we get older men have a much harder time defining lower abs, obliques....jsut not a fun spot but with work it will come.....Md-
here's another one, do swiss ball sit-ups and when yo get in the fully contracted position thrust your hips up like your having sex (make sure you exhale all of your air at the end of the movement just like any other ab exercise)
I used to do weighted leg raises on a bench, but recently switched to hanging raises. The weighted leg raises do allow you to effectively target the lower abs though. I tend to feel hanging raises all over, but still more in the lower abs.
