My Axio Syntrop GH IGF1 SLIN PCT/Bridge Cycle

Operation “Stay Swole”



Last 18 months have been productive :)

PCT/Bridge 3 - 4 months

HG SLIN IGF1 Recovery Cruise
Test Cyp 200mg EW
Proviron 100mg ED pre bed

GOALS
maintain mass on igf/slin/HG PCT/Bridge cycle also help repair left shoulder now 90% normal, bring up lagging body parts (arms)

HGH
7 days a week
as Im on a pct recovery maintenance log, use 4ius gh ED before go to bed, and 6 ius on days I train back, chest and legs. do all shots intra muscular into the damaged shoulder.

IGF1
Igf bilateral 30 mcg 30 mins IM pre WO days bis/shoulders and tris/chest 120mcg total, Legs will pin calves. All pinnng will be done up and down the muscle.

SLIN
Eat half of breakfast Pre WO meal, shoot 5ius then consume 50g dextrose/glucos and creatine glutamine, protein shake. then resume, it peaks in 30 mins so I want carbs in seconds after 10 mins of shot, then shoot 5ius post training with protein, aminos, creatine and obviously 50g fast sugar.dextrose glucose.

Pre Wo Carbs total 90g Pre WO, 110g Post WO both to contain at least 50g fast acting carbs

Will be using Humalog rapid acting insulin

I have done extensice research and i am fully aware of the multiple fifferent protocols and the synergies between these compounds and AAS and this was determined to be the best protocol that suits my goals

Training
new split, body will then grow to adapt to new stress, reason iv grown off

I will be increasing volume on sets but not going to failure, this ensures a full muscle and not too taxing on cns and ill need extra rest day to combat fact i cant synthesise protein as rapidly on 200mg test cyp, cortisol is more rampant off so combat by adding rest day.

Cardio 3 x 40 min steady state EW will try to do AM fasted when possible

Took 6ius HGH last night in the bad shoulder was suprised that it stung but no big deal

Decided to hold off on the SLIN for a week while i get a feel for the IGF1 by itself first

This morning took all my normal Pre WO supps

Clen 200mcg
ASGT 2 scoops
PW 1 1/2 scoops
and some NO Infuse

Pre Wo Drink 90g Carbs 60g protein

30 minutes pre WO pinned front delts and inside of biceps 30mcg per site with 1/2 cc slin pin

Was a very strange feeling at first i thought it must be the sting from the AA (Acetic Acid) but it felt more like a muscle fullness as if i had just finished a bicep WO and was more pronounced in the biceps and the shoulders.

Started out with some light standing DB curls fuck the pumps were insanely painful to the point i thought i might struggle to finish WO, so i decided to work out with slower and much lighter weights than normal with higer reps and really concentrate on the contraction.

preacher narrow EZ bar curls
EZ bar standing wide grip
Incline DB curls
one arm cable curls from the bottom

All done with perfect form, damn my bis were on fire :)

Shoulders
Shoulder continues to improve so with the help of some HGH confident we will be getting them weight up back again.
At this point in 70 minutes past the IGF1 applications so i know it not the AA this MC IGF1 is legit shoulders were good and pumped and sore but in a good way

Its now 3 1/2 hoours from initial inject and they still feel full and sore :) my kind of sore

My biceps are still sore and very full i cant imagine ill be able to walk after calves, this IGF is absolutely no joke :)

Shoulders feel great was working at about 50% of my pre injury weights, ill definitely be increasing the volume and weight next shoulder WO

Cant begin to tell you how much im enjoying thia IGF is was so swole after that WO it was ridiculous and skin looked tight across my chest too... Felt like hadnt worked out in 2 weeks that kind of soreness... Tris are on fire chest feels good, on that note i think my pecs can deal with 50mcg shoulders 40mcg tri/bis 30mcg going foward

With the half life being 20-30 hours i pinned 45 mins pre WO instead of previously 30 as i had struggled with bis for first 20 minutes on pinning 30min pre WO, ill stick with that methodology

your using 300mcg of clen ED?

do you have a high tolerance for stimulants? never known anyone to take that much and not get major shakes.

Yes.and an additional 1cc of Helios on cardio.days inj 20 mins prior to cardio for spot reduction

I am very stim resistant prob from years of alcohol and substance abuse :( sober 18 months

Started out with one arm DB lateral raises so i eagerly grabbed the 150’s wanting to impress but i soon put them away. Scotty boy was not impressed and i never even got a chance to show off with 1RM DL

60 minutes of destruction longest break was 30 seconds fuggers was screaming at me like a Drill Sergent was great, i was completely winded the entire time not the sort of routine that i am used to at all, relentless. I think i was too tired to puke and i did start to gag on my oats but manged to keep it down and crawl home with my tail between my legs

INSULIN - Humalog

Learnt an important lesson this morning - So i got up early to grind my oats and put in zip locks with whey aminos and creatine PW etc

I loaded up 2 pins with 5ius Humalog and 1 pin 140mcg IGF1 popped my Dbols and put pins in my cooler so that i would be ready to go, went back to bed

45 minutes later i got up and went to pin the Humalog it had frozen in the pin just with an icepack around it. Threw both pins away and reloaded placed ice pack at bottom of cooler and put a foam cushion on top protect the slin from direct contact with the ice but keep the cooler cool.

NEVER use slin that has frozen DISCARD


Pinned 5ius IM (IM faster in faster out) and put my watch on timer for 5 minutes and commenced eating my 90g of blended carbs aminios creatine 60g Protein

Immediately after WO i pinned another 5ius and this time i waited 10 minutes should peak at 20mins. I have to say that both times i felt absolutely zero sides

? Shaking
? Vomiting
? headaches
? concentration problems
? visual disturbances
? muscle pain
? Weakness
? mood swings
? passing out
? Death

8. If you notice any of these signs immediately eat as many simple carbs as you can
9. Do not use any stimulants until you are use to how insulin effects you or you may mistake the signs of hypoglycemia for the effects of the stimulants.

WO was fantastic shoulder has gone from 50% pre PR weights to 80% in the last 3 Shoulder sessions. Pumps were different than that of just the IGF it was as if i could feel the blood rushing through my shoulders as i worked them almost felt as though i could here the blood rush bit like putting ur ear to someones stomach only it wasn't rumbling it was blood rush

I have been extremely resilient to stims, AAS and pretty much every compound that i have tried, looks like ill need to take more slin too but i will hold at 5ius until Monday

Chest is really sore from yesterday onslaught :)

So are u doing the 'log pre breaky (that's what u Brits say right?) or pre WO? And of course PWO.....I'm a big beleiver in pre WO....I wouldn't worry too much about timing thing with a watch...shoot and slam ur shake...digestion isn't instantaneous. Very detailed log btw.

Yes i like to keep detailed logs they help me when i go off the rails, i can go back and see whats ive changed and correct it much easier. Helps me to avoid lots of stupid mistakes. Also i keep food logs but dont want to bore people with those but they are a constant source of information for the same reasons.

I also like running a detailed log as often guys that follow like yourself are full of good information and alternative protocols and they are far more likely to help out if they/you see i am putting in the hard work and doing my research

Yes i am a Brit mate :) I live in the good old USA but worked closelt with a couple of UK bodybuilders on my cycles and protocols, i guess it show huh?

Yea i was a bit conflicted by Pre WO or breakfast shot but didnt need to worry about that to much as PRE WO is my breakfast :)

Any yes i realize that i dont have to wait 5 or 10 minutes as IM is quick and food has to be digested however im trying to assess my insulin sensitivity and looking for a feel of early onset of hypoglycemia... WO partner on standby with Glucose tabs and im loaded up with candy bars and Sodas at all times

This morning increased to 7ius lower carbs to 85 looking for my sweet spot and avoid the excess glycogen as being stored as fat bit of trial and error and im airing on the side of caution with what is prob a higher level of carbs than is necessary, hope to have it nailed down in a week
