Looking for that great inner chest workout? You’ll be looking till the end of time! Because there is no such thing as an inner chest workout, any more than there’s a such thing as an upper hamstring workout! Stop chasing this pot ‘o gold at the end of the rainbow, because an inner chest workout doesn’t exist!

Does an inner chest workout really exist, or is the inner chest workout just a bunch of BS perpetuated in the locker room?
An inner chest workout is a myth.

Instead of getting caught up in all these silly isolation routines for building a huge, strapping physique of rock-hard muscle, you need to focus on proven, compound routines that will hit the ENTIRE pectoralis region.
With that said, then the best “inner chest workout” would be the bench press.

The bench press hits ALL the pectoralis muscle fibers; no isolation necessary! So whatever you think is the “inner” part, will get targeted with this king of upper body exercises.

No isolating inner chest workout exists. This is the stuff of fiction and very uninformed gym rats, many of whom might be blessed with some good genetics that predispose them to a lot of hypertrophy in the pecs. So whatever they do, it seems that it works for building their pecs.

And they’ll tell you all sorts of things like drink a gallon of water a day and do isolation work like an inner chest workout. They blow up just LOOKING at weights.

But what about the average guy? I’ll say it again: There is NO inner chest workout. The only thing that can be “in” or “out” is your belly button!
Now that you understand that no isolating inner chest workout exists, your next big question should be:

How do I get the maddest, meanest, hardest, most muscular torso possible? How do I grow my little shoulders to huge rock-hard caps? How do I get that big horseshoe in my triceps and build enormous guns and wicked lats?

The most effective, most intelligent start is to focus on a solid bench pressing routine! My proven, simple, no-hype program of muscle-building and fat-slashing moves will not only promote astounding hypertrophy in your pecs, but will swell up all the other major muscle groups as well.

The key is to force your body’s natural production of anabolic hormones (like testosterone) to become significantly elevated – this can be done NATURALLY, without expensive, harmful pills and injections.

There are many great pectoral exercises, but they won’t work for building giant muscle and slashing fat unless you KNOW HOW TO TRAIN.
My science-based regimen will show even the weakest guy in the gym how to lift heavy and get HUGE with the simplest, most basic muscle-blasting, fat-bashing training approaches!

I can really feel close grip bench presses hitting my inner chest, even though I do them mostly for triceps.

my tris are the same way, your tricep should be 2/3 of your arm size, my bicep is def 2/3 of the size

lol Obviously I was saying that instead of the tri being 2/3 like it should be my Bicep is, so if I had normal sized tris my arms would be pretty damn big

I am also having big tris which increases my arms size overall. I am having a proportionate physique like i have big tris as well as big chest and legs muscle..
LOL
